Compliance Gap Report

A preliminary review of the radiation safety requirements that actually apply to your clinic, and where the gaps are. Prepared personally by a Radiation Safety Officer who has been inspected, and who has served on the inspection committee.

Diagnosis is free. Fixing it is optional. Take the report and act on it yourself if you like.

1

You tell us the basics

Two minutes. Clinic, modalities, and how to reach you. That is all we need to start.

2

We send a short intake

A focused questionnaire about your program, dosimetry, training, surveys, and records. Answer what you know. Blanks are fine, and they are useful.

3

You get the report

A scorecard of what is in place, what is a gap, and what could not be verified. Each gap explains what an inspector looks for, and what happens when it is missing.

What this is not. This is a preliminary, limited review based on the information you provide. It is not a compliance audit, an inspection, or a certification. It is not legal advice, and it is not a medical physicist survey. It is never filed with, or shared with, any regulator. Your clinic remains responsible for its own compliance. If your program is in good order, the report will say so. Meridian does not manufacture findings to create work.

Request your report

No cost. No obligation. No sales call unless you ask for one.

The information you provide is used only to prepare your report. It is not shared, sold, or filed with any regulator. By requesting the report you agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
