Meridian builds and manages your radiation safety program: records, dosimetry, surveys, registrations, and inspection readiness, year round. One accountable partner focused on keeping nothing from lapsing in the gaps.
Reserve your spot with a $99 deposit, credited in full toward setup. Ten founding clinics only.
This is not just software. A Radiation Safety Officer with more than twenty years in the field manages your program: your machines, surveys, dose records, training, credentials, and due dates, kept current and inspection-ready. For X-ray facilities we manage it as your registrant's agent. For PET/CT we advise your on-site Radiation Safety Officer.

What managing your program means, where our responsibility ends, and where yours stays. Straight answers, before you sign on.
Managing your program means we maintain, document, and keep it current. We build and keep your written radiation safety and quality assurance program up to date, hold the records the rule requires, manage your registrations and renewals, schedule and review your physics surveys, review your dosimetry and quality-control data, and prepare and stand with you at inspection. It does not mean we physically perform the on-site acts, operate equipment, or conduct the physics survey; those stay with you and your qualified staff. You keep imaging patients. We keep the program on track.
For your X-ray program, Florida rule 64E-5 lets us manage it as the registrant's agent, and your facility stays the registrant of record. For PET/CT or nuclear medicine, the law requires your own named, on-site Radiation Safety Officer. There, we advise that officer rather than replace them. We will always tell you plainly what we can and cannot hold.
Most of the program is ours to run. That is the point of hiring us. Here is the split:
The full division is spelled out in your service agreement, so everyone knows exactly who owns what.
Those require a named, on-site Radiation Safety Officer by law, and we will not pretend to be that officer remotely. We advise your named Radiation Safety Officer so the work still gets done and nothing slips between their other duties.
Yes, for the hands-on equipment measurements. A qualified physicist performs those surveys. We schedule them so they happen on time, review the report, flag what needs action, and keep it on file.
At best, a written list of violations and a deadline to correct them. At worst, fines, a suspended registration, and a clinic that cannot legally image patients until it is fixed. Managing the program year round is how we keep you from getting there.
No. The portal shows you where you stand, but a Radiation Safety Officer manages the program behind it. You are hiring a managed service, not renting a dashboard.
Tell us about your imaging clinic and we'll send a clear compliance gap report: what's in good shape, what's at risk, and exactly what an inspector would flag today.
