Training Terms & Refund Policy

Meridian Radiation, LLC  ·  Effective June 10, 2026

These Training Terms apply when you register for, pay for, or attend any Meridian Radiation training course or exercise ("Course"). They are in addition to our Terms of Service. By registering, paying a deposit, or attending, you agree to these Training Terms.

1. Registration and payment

Your seat is confirmed when we receive your deposit or full payment, as stated for the Course. For courses that require a deposit, the deposit reserves your seat and is credited toward tuition. The tuition balance is due before the Course start date unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may release an unpaid seat.

All Course prices are exclusive of applicable sales tax. Where your state requires it, sales tax is calculated and added at checkout and remitted to the applicable authority.

2. Deposits are non-refundable

Course deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel, change your mind, or do not attend, the deposit is retained as liquidated damages, a reasonable pre-estimate of the cost of holding your seat and turning away other registrants, where actual damages would be difficult to calculate. The deposit is not a penalty.

3. Cancellations, reschedules, transfers, and no-shows

4. Changes by Meridian

We may reschedule or cancel a Course for reasons including low enrollment, instructor illness, or events beyond our reasonable control. If we cancel a Course and cannot offer a reasonable alternative date, we will refund amounts you paid for that Course, including the deposit. This is our only obligation for a Course we cancel.

5. Certificates

A certificate of completion is issued when you complete the Course and pass any required assessment. A certificate documents attendance and completion only. It is not a license, registration, or regulatory credential, it does not by itself qualify you for any role, and it does not guarantee that you, your employer, or your facility will satisfy any regulator, pass any inspection, or achieve any particular result.

6. Educational purpose, not professional advice

Our Courses are for educational and informational purposes only. They are general in nature, do not account for your specific facility or situation, and are not legal, medical, regulatory, or professional advice. You should obtain advice from your own qualified Radiation Safety Officer, counsel, or regulators before acting. Meridian does not guarantee any specific results from attending a Course.

7. Course materials and conduct

Course materials are owned by Meridian and provided to you under a limited, personal, non-transferable license for your own learning. You may not record, copy, resell, or redistribute the materials or the live session without our written permission. We may remove any attendee for disruptive or unlawful conduct without refund.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Courses are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridian is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from a Course, and Meridian's total liability for any Course will not exceed the amount you paid for that Course. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These Training Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and are subject to the dispute-resolution and arbitration provisions of our Terms of Service.
