The terms for enrolling in Meridian’s live, instructor-led radiation and laser safety courses. Please read before you reserve a seat.
Last updated: July 5, 2026. These training terms are separate from the Service Terms that govern our compliance management service.
Enrollment is confirmed when we receive your reservation and deposit and send you a confirmation. Seats are limited and assigned in the order reservations are received.
A $99 deposit reserves your seat and is credited in full toward your course fee. The remaining balance is due before the course start date. Seats are not held without a deposit. Course fees exclude applicable sales tax, which is added at checkout where required.
The $99 reservation deposit is non-refundable, as noted at checkout. If you cancel at least 14 days before the course, any amount paid beyond the deposit is refundable. Cancellations inside 14 days are not refundable but may be applied once to a future course, subject to availability. If Meridian cancels or reschedules a course, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to another date.
You may request to move to a later course date at least 7 days in advance, subject to availability. One transfer is included; additional changes may incur a fee.
Courses are live and instructor-led. A certificate of completion is issued to attendees who complete the full course. Partial attendance does not qualify for a certificate. Failure to attend without prior notice is treated as a cancellation inside the 14-day window (no refund; one transfer to a future course, subject to availability). You may substitute another attendee from your organization at no charge by notifying us before the course starts.
Course dates, format, or instructors may change. We will give reasonable notice of any change and offer a transfer or refund where appropriate.
Our training is educational. Completing a course does not guarantee any license, board certification, or examination result, which are governed by the relevant authority. Certificates of completion are issued by Meridian and are not a state-issued certification, license, or Radiation Safety Officer designation. Courses are not approved for Florida certified radiologic technologist continuing-education credit under Rule 64E-3, Florida Administrative Code, unless expressly stated for a specific course.
Founding clients receive an annual Radiation Safety Refresher for their clinic staff, free every year their plan remains active, with unlimited seats. There is no cap on the number of attendees from your clinic. The benefit is one refresher session per year per clinic site, scheduled by agreement. Organizations with multiple sites may add sessions for additional sites at the published refresher rate. An unused session does not roll over to the following year.
