This Privacy Policy explains how Meridian Radiation, LLC ("Meridian," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, submit a form, or use our client portal. We have written it to meet the requirements of the strictest U.S. state privacy laws, and we extend the rights described below to all of our users regardless of where they live.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, clinic or facility name, email, phone, role, the plan or course you are interested in, and anything you write in a message or form.
- Account and program data. If you use the portal, the information you enter about your facility, equipment, surveys, personnel monitoring, training, credentials, and due dates.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not collect or store full card numbers; we receive limited confirmation details.
- Automatically collected. Basic device, log, and usage information, and cookies or similar technologies needed to operate and improve the site.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Services and the portal;
- To respond to your inquiries, schedule and deliver training, and provide advisory support;
- To process payments, send service and renewal notices, and provide support;
- To maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with law.
We do not use your information for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not use it to train third-party advertising profiles.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with:
- Service providers (subprocessors) who host and run our infrastructure under contracts that limit their use of the data, including our website host, database/portal host, transactional email provider, business email provider, and payment provider;
- Legal and safety recipients, when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety;
- Business transfers, if Meridian is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to run the site and, where used, to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. If we add analytics or an opt-out preference signal mechanism, we will honor recognized opt-out signals where required.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Portal data you submit is retained during your subscription and for thirty (30) days after termination so you can export it, after which we may delete it. You may request earlier deletion as described below.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

Depending on your state, you may have the right to: confirm whether we process your personal information and access it; correct it; delete it; obtain a portable copy; opt out of any sale or sharing or targeted advertising (which we do not do); and limit the use of sensitive personal information. We honor these rights for all users. We will not discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising them.
To make a request, email support@meridianradiation.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We will verify your identity (and, for authorized agents, their authority) and respond within the time required by applicable law. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response.
9. Do not sell or share
Meridian does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California and other state laws. No opt-out is needed because we do not engage in these practices.
10. Children's privacy
Our Services are intended for businesses and professionals and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
