How Meridian Radiation, LLC handles the information you share with us. Plain language, no surprises.
Last updated: July 5, 2026.
When you contact us or request a Compliance Gap Report, we collect what you provide: your name, clinic or facility name, email, phone, and any message. When you use our site, we collect standard analytics (pages visited, general location, device type) through Google Analytics and similar tools.
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, provide and improve our services, schedule and deliver training, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your information. Where you have given consent on a form or order, we may also contact you by phone call and text message (SMS), including through automated technology; you can withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP to a text or emailing support@meridianradiation.com.
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, for example hosting, our client portal and payment platform, analytics, and email. They may process your information only to provide those services. We may disclose information if required by law.
We do not use Google Analytics, third-party advertising trackers, or cross-site tracking cookies. Our site uses only the minimal cookies needed for it to function. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We keep information as long as needed to provide services and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations, then dispose of it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, though no method is perfectly secure.
If we confirm a breach of security that leads to unauthorized access to personal information we hold, we will act consistently with the Florida Information Protection Act (section 501.171, Florida Statutes). Where required, we notify affected individuals within 30 days, and the Florida Department of Legal Affairs when 500 or more Florida residents are affected. Where we hold information on behalf of a business client, we will notify that client without undue delay and no later than ten (10) days after we confirm the breach, so the client can meet its own obligations. We require our service providers to notify us of security incidents promptly.
You may ask us to update or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing support@meridianradiation.com. Some records may be retained where required by law.
Our services and site are directed to businesses, not to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy and will post the new date above. Questions? Email support@meridianradiation.com.
