Frequently asked questions

Are you our Radiation Safety Officer of record?
For your X-ray program, we manage it as the registrant's agent under Rule 64E-5.502, F.A.C., and your facility stays the registrant of record. For PET/CT or nuclear medicine, the law requires your own named, on-site Radiation Safety Officer, and there we advise that officer rather than replace them.
We already have a Radiation Safety Officer. Can you still help?
Yes. Most clinics with a Radiation Safety Officer have one who is stretched thin. We handle the tracking, documentation, survey coordination, and the compliance calendar so nothing slips, which frees your Radiation Safety Officer to focus on patients and clinical work.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel?
No contract. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice before your next billing date. That applies to founding clients too: the Program Build is yours free, with no minimum term and nothing to pay back if you leave. Prefer to save? Pay the full year upfront and get two months free.
What does onboarding look like?
After you sign up we schedule a kickoff call, then we build your program and configure your portal, importing your equipment, staff, key due dates, and current documentation. We stay in contact while we set everything up, and on launch day you receive your secure login with your program live and monitored. That build is the Program Build, a one-time $1,950. It is waived for the first ten Florida founding clinics.
How fast is onboarding?
After a short onboarding call we set up your portal and load your equipment, staff, and key due dates. Most clinics are organized and inspection-ready within their first few weeks.
What do the founding ten get?
The first ten Florida imaging clinics on Tier 2 or Tier 3 get the Program Build waived, normally $1,950. A free annual Radiation Safety Refresher for their whole team, unlimited seats, every year they stay. And their monthly rate locked for three years. The monthly rate itself is the normal rate; there is no percentage discount. See the founding ten.
Is there a deposit?
No. There is nothing to pay to speak with us. Start with the free Compliance Gap Report, a written review of where your program stands and what an inspector would flag first.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes, the Program Build, a one-time $1,950. It covers your written radiation safety and quality assurance program built to Florida Administrative Code Chapter 64E-5, records intake for your equipment, staff, dosimetry, surveys and licensure, your portal build and configuration, and your first inspection binder. It is 20 to 25 hours of work. The first ten Florida founding clinics get the Program Build waived entirely.
We run lasers but no X-ray equipment. Can we still use Meridian?
Absolutely. Meridian Laser Compliance runs on its own at $199/mo with no radiation equipment required, or it adds onto any radiation tier. It is built for med spas, dermatology, plastic surgery, veterinary, and pain-management clinics.
