Are you our RSO of record?

For your X-ray program, we manage it as the registrant's agent under Florida rule 64E-5, and your facility stays the registrant of record. For PET/CT or nuclear medicine, the law requires your own named, on-site Radiation Safety Officer, and there we advise that officer rather than replace them.

We already have an RSO. Can you still help?

Yes, and most of our clients do. Their RSO is usually stretched thin. We handle the tracking, documentation, survey coordination, and the compliance calendar so nothing slips, which frees your RSO to focus on clinical work.

Is there a contract? Can I cancel?

Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice before your next billing date. Prefer to save? Pay the full year upfront and get two months free.

What does onboarding look like?

After you sign up we schedule a kickoff call, then we build your program and configure your portal, importing your equipment, staff, key due dates, and current documentation. We stay in contact while we set everything up, and on launch day you receive your secure login with your program live and monitored. A one-time $250 setup fee covers this build, and your $99 founding deposit is credited toward it.

How fast is onboarding?

After a short onboarding call we set up your portal and load your equipment, staff, and key due dates. Most clinics are organized and inspection-ready within their first few weeks.

What does the $99 founding deposit cover?

It reserves one of the first ten founding spots and is credited in full toward your setup. Founding clients lock in 50% off their first 12 months and 20% off ongoing.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes. There is a one-time $250 setup fee that covers building your program, configuring your portal, and importing your equipment, staff, and key dates. If you reserve a founding spot, your $99 deposit is credited toward it.

We run lasers but no X-ray equipment. Can we still use Meridian?

Yes. Meridian Laser Compliance runs on its own with no radiation equipment required, or it adds onto any radiation tier. It is built for med spas, dermatology, plastic surgery, veterinary, and pain-management clinics.

2. What this site is

This site describes Meridian Radiation, LLC and its radiation and laser safety compliance and training services, and lets you contact us or reserve a spot. Purchasing a service or course is governed by your service agreement, the Service Terms, the Training Terms, and the Refund Policy, as applicable.

Content on this site is general information, not legal, regulatory, medical-physics, or other professional advice, and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Meridian is not a government agency and is not state-certified. Do not rely on this site as a statement of your regulatory obligations.

4. No guaranteed outcome

Descriptions of our service do not guarantee that any facility will pass an inspection, audit, survey, or accreditation, or avoid any citation, fine, or penalty. Outcomes depend on facts and actions outside Meridian’s control.

5. Eligibility and accounts

The site and services are directed to businesses and to users who are at least 18 years old. If you submit information for a facility, you represent that you are authorized to do so. Keep any login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no unlawful use, no attempts to gain unauthorized access, no scraping or automated data collection without permission, no interference with the site’s operation, and no reverse engineering. You will provide accurate information and will not impersonate others.

7. Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the Meridian name and marks, and the platform, are owned by Meridian Radiation, LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, revocable license to view the site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, republish, sell, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party services, such as our client portal and payment processor. Meridian does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites or services, which have their own terms and privacy practices.

9. Privacy

Our handling of information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridian disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridian and its members, officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Meridian’s total liability relating to the site will not exceed $100. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for paid services is governed by your service agreement, not this section.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meridian and its members, officers, employees, and contractors from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms of Use.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

Florida law governs these Terms of Use, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration seated in Pinellas County, Florida, administered by the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court or seek injunctive relief in court. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Meridian waive any right to a jury trial and agree that claims may be brought only in an individual capacity and not in any class or representative proceeding.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use and will post the new date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
