How deposits, setup fees, monthly plans, and course fees are handled. Please read before you reserve or subscribe.

A $99 reservation deposit holds a founding spot or a service start date. The $99 deposit is non-refundable, and is credited in full toward your one-time setup fee. If you do not move forward, the deposit is not returned.
A one-time setup fee (for example, $250) covers building your program, configuring your portal, and importing your equipment, staff, and key dates. Once we begin this build, the setup fee is non-refundable. Your $99 deposit is applied against it.
Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically. Monthly fees are non-refundable, including for partial months. To cancel, give written notice at least 30 days before your next billing date. Notice received fewer than 30 days before that date takes effect at the following billing cycle, and the current cycle is billed and served in full.
Founding and promotional rates apply only on the terms stated at signup and in your Order. If you cancel and later re-enroll, standard rates apply. Promotional pricing does not change the non-refundable nature of deposits, setup fees, or monthly fees.
Meridian’s fee covers program management only. Physicist survey fees, equipment registration and renewal fees, accreditation fees, dosimetry costs, and calibration or repair are paid by you directly to those providers. Meridian does not collect or refund these third-party charges; any refund of them is governed by the provider, not Meridian.
Enrollment in live, instructor-led courses is governed by our Training Terms & Refund Policy, which describe course deposits, cancellation windows, rescheduling, and instructor changes. Those terms control for training.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first at support@meridianradiation.com so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback for fees that are non-refundable under this policy or your service agreement does not change your obligation to pay amounts properly due.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund right you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
